Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, was born on April 22nd, 1938 in Jaffa. He has wide-ranging interests and has made seminal contributions in professional services, Intellectual Property, education, knowledge economy, and information technology.

Rajeev Peshawaria
Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director, Malaysia

Author of Too Many Bosses, Too Few Leaders (Simon & Schuster 2011), Be the Change (McGraw Hill 2014), The Naked Autocrat (McGraw Hill Oct 2017), and a regular writer for Forbes, Rajeev is the CEO of the Iclif Leadership And Governance Centre. He has extensive global experience in leadership development with a particular focus on uncovering personal and organisational “Leadership Energy,” and developing and delivering business strategy.

Rajeev’s professional roots are in industry. He has been Chief Learning Officer of both Coca-Cola and Morgan Stanley, and has formerly held senior positions at American Express and Goldman Sachs. At Goldman, Rajeev helped found Pine Street – the firm’s acclaimed leadership academy – and headed Pine Street for Europe and Asia. In his early career, Rajeev was a banker and currency trader.

He has provided coaching, consulting and advisory services globally. His clients include Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Mitsubishi, Johnson & Johnson, MetLife, The World Bank, US Treasury, US Securities & Exchange Commission, Indian Railways, Sinarmas Indonesia, Allianz, Permata Bank Indonesia, PwC, Nestle, Mohammad bin Rashid School of Government Dubai, Prudential, Maybank, Great Eastern, Citibank and many more. He also serves as guest faculty at leading business schools in the US, Europe and Asia.

Paul Devoy

Paul has been heading up Investors in People since August 2011. Investors in People is the Standard for people management, held by over 11,000 organisations in 75 countries worldwide. Paul led the development of the sixth generation Investors in People Standard, a significant re-development of the original product conceived out of UK Government in 1991. Prior to this Paul was Head of Organisational Development at the Scottish Prison Service, during his time there all 17 Prisons in Scotland were awarded Investors in People recognition.

Angela Mulvie
Senior Consultant and Executive Coach, Corporate Elevation UK

An experienced executive coach and management consultant, having run her own HR consultancy practice for over twenty-five years following a career in personnel management and higher education, Angela specializes in Senior Executive Development, including executive coaching, undertaking assignments with both large corporates and SMEs. She also works extensively in the area of Investors in People, the international people management and development standard. Angela lived overseas from 2001 until 2009 in Singapore, India and the Middle East and has undertaken consultancy and training projects in many parts of the world including Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Bahrain, the UAE, Oman, Europe and the USA.

Her book on ‘The Value of Executive Coaching’ was published in May 2015 by Taylor Francis/Routledge and is currently working on another text (to be published in 2018) on the strategic interface between HRM and Quality Management.

David Dale
Operations Director, Investors in Poeple Community Interest Company,UK

David has over 30 years experience in a variety of management and strategic roles within commercial organisations in disciplines including Commercial and Contract Management, Operations Management and Customer Relationship Management. The past 15 years have been spent within the strategic business development environment, namely developing the Investors in People Standard globally. David has a strong interest in learning organisations, talent management and the development of leadership within organisations.

As Operations Director for Investors in People International, David and his team are involved in introducing the Investors in People Standard into over 80 countries and also engage in large scale change management projects with multinationals and national government organisations.

A member of the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Business Consulting, and an Executive Coach, David has spoken at conferences and seminars in Belgium, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, and the Philippines and also in Taiwan where he joined best selling author Stephen MR Covey in presenting a discussion on best practice in Human Capital Development.

Alaa is a Certified EFQM Assessor, licensed Investors in People Specialist, Chief Examiner and Juror at several national and regional quality/excellence awards such as, Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award, Dubai Quality Award, Abu Dhabi Government Award for Performance Excellence, Ras Al Khaimah Government Quality Award (Head of Assessment Panel), King Abdul-Aziz Quality Award in Saudi Arabia, Dubai Human Development Award. Some of his affiliations include, Fellow at The Learning and Performance Institute, UK, Member at The British Academy of Management (BAM) and Senior Member, American Society for Quality. Alaa is a Columnist at Emarat Al Youm Newspaper and the author of a bestseller two book.
